Dry-Dock Planner connects the moving parts of a docking instead of leaving them across spreadsheets, emails, folders and separate system screens. Jobs, teams, class attendance, parts, progress, costs and evidence remain tied to each dry-dock record, while the dashboard brings timing, blockers, warnings and completion readiness into view at a glance.

The full verification application remains locked. This public section provides only the mobile Action Plan demo by QR code or direct link. Full permit verification, Word permit form generation, and risk assessment production are available by controlled demonstration.

The aim is practical control without unnecessary complexity: a clear view of what is missing, expiring, pending, and requiring action. Three access levels keep the structure usable: HR/Admin for full control, Manager for review and follow-up, and Employee for individual records and acknowledgement. This is a ship-specific demonstration tool. It supports a simple visual map for enclosed space entry status and can be used as a live onboard display concept with QR access and immediate status indication. For operational deployment, the diagram and spaces must be customized to the vessel.
