End User License Agreement (EULA)

License. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the AI Fleet Reliability Analysis (FRA) software internally within your own organisation or business. FRA may be provided complimentary together with a paid AI RCA plan, but this does not grant any additional rights: the same licence restrictions apply regardless of whether you paid directly for FRA or not, and no ownership or intellectual property is transferred to you.
Restrictions & Intellectual Property. The software, user interface, configuration, underlying methods and manuals are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, sublicense, publish, or create derivative works based on the software, manuals, or access codes, and you must not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to bypass technical protections, except where we give you explicit written consent. Any unauthorised reproduction, sharing or resale may lead to immediate termination of access and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.
Data & Privacy. You are responsible for having the rights and legal basis to use any data you process with the software. You should avoid sending personal or sensitive data unless it is strictly necessary and you have a clear legal basis and appropriate safeguards in place. For more details, see the concise privacy notice on the main site and any app-specific notices in the manuals.
AI Outputs. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or not fully reflect real-world conditions. They do not replace professional judgement. You must independently review and verify any output before relying on it, and you remain fully responsible for all operational, safety, commercial and compliance decisions.
Availability. The software is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the software will meet all requirements or expectations. We may update, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the software or related services when needed.
Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business interruption arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the software or its outputs. Any liability that cannot be excluded by mandatory law will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by such law.
Termination. The licence terminates automatically if you breach this EULA or misuse the software. We may suspend or terminate access in case of suspected abuse, security risk or non-compliance. Upon termination you must cease all use of the software and destroy any copies of related materials that are not required to be retained by law.
Governing Law. This EULA is governed by the laws of Greece. The courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA or the software, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

Our applications may use artificial intelligence ("AI"). AI systems can make mistakes, produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs, and may not reflect real-world conditions. You are responsible for independently verifying any output before relying on it. The software and its outputs are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
