This page covers the main site (aimaritimeinsights.com) and the data collected to operate our applications — including but not limited to: Enclosed Space Entry Permit Verifier (ESEP Verifier), AI Self-Assessment (AISA), AI Training Need Identificator (AITNI), AI Root Cause Analysis (RCA), AI Fleet Reliability Analysis (FRA), AI Near Miss Analysis (ANM), and any future applications. We collect the minimum data needed to run the services.
What We Collect & Why
-
Contact.
If you email us at
contact@aimaritimeinsights.com,
we receive your email address and the contents of your message so we can reply.
-
Access codes, plans & app usage.
When you request or purchase access (e.g. plans, subscriptions, bundled access, or trials), we may store:
your email, company name, plan type, activation code, and limited technical logs (timestamps, success/failure of code usage, and session counters) in order to deliver and secure the service and to prevent abuse.
-
In-app analysis data.
Text you send for analysis (findings, incidents, reliability inputs, near-miss data, etc.) is processed by our backend and AI providers to generate outputs.
By default we do not store these texts long-term on our own servers; exported reports are saved only where you explicitly save or download them locally.
You should avoid sending personal or sensitive data unless it is strictly necessary and you have a legal basis to do so.
-
Payments.
Payments (where applicable) are handled by third-party payment processors such as Stripe.
They process your card details; we do not see or store full card numbers.
We receive high-level payment information (amount, time, status, plan) to match it with access codes.
-
Analytics.
We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand visits in aggregate (for example total page views, referrers, device type).
These are configured without invasive tracking or third-party ad cookies.
-
Videos & media.
Demo videos and static assets may be served directly from our site or from a CDN.
This is standard web serving; no additional profiling is done by us.
-
EULA consent tracking.
When you agree to our End User License Agreement, we store:
your IP address, timestamp of consent, user agent information, and which EULA was accepted. This data is retained for legal and security purposes to detect and prevent unauthorized use of our applications.
Records are kept for a minimum of 3 years to ensure availability of evidence if needed for legal proceedings.
Data Protection & Your Rights
We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation 2016/679) and Greek Law 4624/2019.
We do not sell your data.
For any privacy-related request (access, correction, deletion where applicable), contact contact@aimaritimeinsights.com.
